The rooms are perfect and cozy with a nice sunset view, so that guests have essentials. The best thing is location - just next door to the beach, Singer Island and restaurant for the prices charged.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Our a/c was broken and there were very loud noises outside our rOom. The shower also flooded bathroom. They moved our room for us for no charge however.

The location is magnificent and wonderful, 3 miles from Lake Park Marina. Friendly and accommodating staff ensures you spend an excellent time here.

The hotel said we were only booked for one night and I don't know if it is Booked.net or the HOtel that made the error but as a result we had to beg them to let us stay as they were sold out. The second night and pay more because of last minute reservation.

I loved fresh made and good hot breakfast, spectacular views.
By and large, it was nicely appointed and well-maintained place with TOP-CLASS staff from the front desk to housekeepers. The hotel had absolutely perfect location not far from east coast and the jw marriott marco island on west coast and an absolutely terrific beach.

The personal are very profesional, as soon as they see you they ask if we need help. I LOVE MY BEDROOM. WHE I ASK FOR A SMALL FRIGIRATOR AND MICROM BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAS PAKISON AND HE NEEDS FOOD AND WATER WITH HIS MEDICINE. IN LESS OF HALF HOUR EVERY THING I ASK WAS THERE. I WILL RECOMEND IT..
The only thing the pool was not working the way should be. Other than that every thing was fine.

I had a great time with a stunning oceanfront view, but the room was pretty outdated. The dining experience was overpriced, but the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Wouldn't choose to return, though.

The staff was outstanding. Raquel at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sean was very helpful getting us dinner resv. He spent extra time with me when it was very busy at the front desk helping me to find a certain shuttle to the airport I wanted. The front desk staff are a true asset to the hotel.! bonny chopey

Additional charges parking, wifi and beach chair hirer, also front of the building was under going building works so not the best view on the eye
